Are entrance exams and work experience compulsory to gain admission for MBA?

My son is appearing for TY B.Com in 2017. I've scored 79% in 10th, 69% in 12th and 55% in the 5th semester.

    Hello,
To get admission in a reputed college, you need to appear for CAT or their personal entrance exam. To get admission in abroad, you need to appear for GMAT exam. Job experience is not required, but if he have some, then it will add as a plus point or understanding of concept will be easy.
    All the best.

The majority of crowd opting for MBA are fresher. I would advise your son to give all the entrance exams right from CAT to CET. This will provide him a wider scope to get admission.
