I have done MBA from LPU, I can say that LPU has experienced faculty members, well-equipped labs, great infrastructure, excellent placements, complete training and placement assistance and lot more and that too at a very low fees and high scholarships. All the faculty members are highly experienced and they are very supportive and a lot of the faculty members have received some kind of appreciation award from somewhere and they've always helped the students to grow and learn a lot more. Mostly faculty members are from IITs, NIT s and GATE qualified with Ph.D. degree and having 3-4 research paper publish. Most of them are also having postdoctoral degree from renowned foreign University. I can say Professors or faculty of LPU are renowned for their friendly, open door approach. They bring their passion and enthusiasm for teaching into the classroom providing an intimate, interactive, personalized approach to learning The faculty recruited by the university are only either experienced or an alumni of NIT's or IIT's, Iims Teaching mode is English thus students who come from across India will be comfortable. The management is student friendly and helps out every one in need. The university leaves no stone unturned to shape the future of its students. As per my own experience I can proudly say that faculty members at LPU put up their 100% in the development of students. University takes utmost care and no chance in choosing qualified faculty members. Also, University keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development Programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. The centerpiece of the system is our faculty who are not only renowned for their individual research work, but are more like life guides and mentors, focused on helping students achieve their full potential. Being the alumni of LPU. I would like to share that the faculty members at LPU always burn the midnight oil so that their students outshine in their respective fields as well as careers. LPU composed of the best faculty members from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. Maximum faculty members are PhD's or pursuing the same. One of the most interesting thing is that very recently LPU has propounded an app through which the students could communicate their grievances, discussions or other material could also be uploaded by the professors on it. I believe this is the best platform where the students could at point of time discuss anything to their faculty members. This would also lead to the better understanding between both the levels. Research papers, Book chapters, Patents are playing protagonist in the life of professors so this could also decline the gap between the professors and students. LPU has also collaborated with foreign faculty members, so the students are also getting the opportunities to interact with them.
