Hi Manjunatha, If you're one of Docomo's best performers, you can consider continuing. However, being bad with marketing would not qualify you to quit and do graphics. You must have a passion to design. If yes, then graphics or even further up, animation/ VFX/ web/ game design are going to be good

Both the jobs have their own importance and values. If you are planning to switch over, I would suggest you to go with your interest. If you have more interest in sales, continue it but if you have interest in graphics designing, go for it.
