Are higher study options available after BBA, BBM and BBS common or does it vary for each course?
Is there something like i can pursue a particular Master's degree only after doing one of BBA, BBS and BBM.

Hello,
Yes, after every undergraduate course you can do further higher studies such as MBA, MCA, M.Com, PGDM and much more. There are various universities available for higher study programs.
