Are hostel facilities available in college? How many foreign languages are taught in 2 years duration?

Yes, hostel facility is available. But, languages are not included in this course. You need to apply separately for Language In VPM Campus.

There are no languages included in fee package, aditionally you can apply for many courses in VPM campus, which includes language courses too.
College from their side donot teach any additional language.
