For day Scholars, there is no such compulsion. They can come and go according to them, but for hostellers they are restricted timings, that is they have to be in campus by 9:00 pm.

Yes, hostellers can go outside the campus every day. They just need to do an entry a day before your outing but for hostellers during the working days, outing time is after the university hours only. The timing for the weekdays is from 5pm to 9pm, in case of any emergency you just need an out pass from your mentor and the timing for the weekend or any such holiday is from 9 am to 9 pm and it is same for both boys and girls.
