Are hotel management and B.Sc in hotel management the same courses? Which one is better if I want to become a chef?

According to me you should opt for a course Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT). Multi story word class kitchen infrastructure and lavishing hotel inside the campus for the daily practice of there students.     Both are of same genre, the only difference is the gestation period of the degree. B.Sc Hotel Management is of 3 years duration whereas BHMCT (Bachelors of Hotel Management and Catering Technology) is of 4 years duration. First of all, I would like to congratulate you that you have chosen your career which will be going to bring a bread and butter for you for rest of your life. According to me you should opt for a course Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT).     Hi Sudhanshu, FOOD is the mainstay of hospitality industry as such. Most hotels and restaurants offer a range of both vegetarian & non vegetarian dishes as all cuisine have varieties in both.
