B.Sc Hotel Management is of 3 years duration whereas BHMCT (Bachelors of Hotel Management and Catering Technology) is of 4 years duration. First of all, I would like to congratulate you that you have chosen your career which will be going to bring a bread and butter for you for rest of your life. According to me you should opt for a course Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology (BHMCT). Usually according to the norms of UGC this degree is of 4 years duration that means 8 semesters will be there. Now the question arises from where does degree should have to be pursue, although the choice is totally in your hands and you should compare will try to pursue this degree from any of the school of hospitality and management.
