Are ICWA and CMA the same courses? What is their duration?

Yes, both are same courses. It is just like CA but it is not mandatory to go for articleship. It is of 3 years duration.

6months practical training is compulsory before appearing for cma finals, so after clearing it do we need to complete remaining period of practical training of 2.4 years (Institute has stated 3 years of practical training)or we can directly apply for job.
