Are IGNOU MBA holder allowed to do Jobs in Dubai as i have heard that IGNOU Degree are not accepted by Saudi Embassy for Attestation Purpose

As Dubai and other GCC countries required the highest qualification certificate to be attested for processing employment visa. In this regard Saudi doesn't attest the IGNOU certificate. What about Dubai ? Do you know any person who is working in Dubai on the basis of his Edu Degree from IGNOU? Pls
