Are Indian and Russian medical books same for the first year of MBBS?

Russia has more clinical part than Indians comparatively. Some books like Grays Anatomy and all are not strictly followed in India in 1st year in many colleges, which are in Russia, but mainly all have 1 target is to make medical professionals. So, it finally depends on you how you gain knowledge as
