Yes, Indian students are eligible for DAAD scholarships. However, keep in mind that not all the programmes may be applicable for the Indian candidates. In order to be eligible for a DAAD scholarship, you must be pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in Germany and meet the language proficiency requirements.

For all the international students, including Indians, DAAD offers scholarships on the bachelor's, master's, PhD, and doctorate levels. It is also applicable for short courses, language courses, joint degree/double degree programmes, prep courses, and more.
