Are intercollegiate sports certificates considered under regional sports quotas?

The state universities determine this. For instance, Delhi University does not exempt intercollegiate sports certificates from admission trials for sports quota admission. On the other hand, if the organisation is the national association of universities, Jamia will accept a Certificate for collegia
