are international laws studied in any foreign country applicable in india?

i m in d 12th ryt nw.i want to do LLM @ harvard university,London.so i want 2 knw if international laws studied in uk be enforced in india? i would be highly obliged 2 gt an answer 2 my question as soon as possible.. thank you.
