Are international students allowed to apply at Early Decision for scholarships at Columbia University?

<p>Yes, just like a domestic student <strong>international students</strong> can apply for <strong>Early Decision </strong>for scholarship at Columbia University. However, some international students may fall out of the &lsquo;need-blind&rsquo; scholarship category despite of excellent academic record. In such cases, those students will be deferred to&nbsp;<strong>Regular Decisions</strong> so that Committee on Admissions may review the entire global applicant pool.</p>
