Are JEE exam marks needed to apply for integrated B.Sc+M.Sc in physics?

I am presently in 12th. Next year I will be appearing for JEE.

Admission to the I.Msc course at BIT is based on marks obtained by the candidates in Class 12th / equivalent qualifying examination.

Can I calculate my 12 marks by including my CS marks instead of Physics marks in the best of 5 subjects as I got more marks in CS than Physics?

No, it's not required for this course.

to calculate my 12th marks can I exclude my Physics marks as I got more in CS than Physics. I had 6 subjects in 12th I will use only the top 5 subjects and exclude Physics?
