It depends upon you. Which exam do you want to give? LPU takes admission by both the examination marks.

    Hi there,

No, only LPUNEST is required for admission to B.Tech at LPU. JEE is not mandatory, but students with a valid JEE score may also apply. LPUNEST serves as both an entrance test and a scholarship exam, helping students secure financial assistance based on their performance. Admission is primarily based on LPUNEST scores, ensuring a fair and merit-based selection process. To maximize scholarship benefits, it is advisable to appear for LPUNEST. For more details, visit the LPU website or contact their admission helpline.

    Hope this helps!

No, both LPUNEST and JEE are not required to get admission to LPU for B.Tech programs. Students can apply through either LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) or JEE (Main) scores. LPUNEST serves as both an entrance test for eligibility and a scholarship exam, providing students an opportunity to earn financial benefits based on their performance.

Those with valid JEE (Main) scores can directly qualify for admission and may also be considered for scholarships according to the university's criteria.

    Saurabh,
No, you don't have to take both the exams. Only one is required. In case you have not taken JEE or your marks in JEE are not much that they can get you admission in LPU, then only you need to take LPUNEST, otherwise, you can get admission on the basis of 60% in class 12th and JEE marks.
If you have 90% or more in class 12th then you can get direct admission in LPU.
LPU also offers scholarship to students on the basis of marks in class 12th/JEE/LPUNEST.
For more details check their website

    Good luck.
  • Saurabh,
You can get admission in B.Tech on the basis of anyone of them. If you have 60% in class 12 and 80 marks in JEE, you can get admission in B.Tech or you need 60% in class 12 and valid LPUNEST score. If you have 90% or more in class 12, you are exempted of both I.e LPUNEST as well as JEE. You can check the link below for more course details, fee and scholarship

    Hello,
As per my knowledge, you have to attempt either LPU NEST or JEE Mains for availing admission in B.Tech, also, it doesn't provide any harm even if you want to attempt both exams, because you can have a scholarship benefit from the exams, it will be applicable whichever is the highest. Also, if you have attempted either LPUNEST/JEE Mains, you can proceed for applying special schedule counselling on or before 20th April 2020 as well as take admission before the last date of admission I. e. 30th April 2020. Further details, visit www.lpu.in.
