The seats in private medical institutions are alloted based on the NEET score. The same is applicable to NEET PG also. Earlier anyone who even didn't give an NEET attempt are eligible for Management quota admission. According to the new norms for any kind of admission in a medical institution one needs to qualify NEET. A percentage of seats in a private medical institution are alloted for candidates who cleared NEET and have obtained a seat directly through the counseling.
