Class 12 marks have no weightage in the preparation of JEE Main ranks. But for the college eligibility criteria, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent with at least 75% marks (or be in the top 20 percentile in the respective board) in the qualifying examination. This includes the marks obtained in both theory and practical exams.

No, marks of practical in class 12 are not considered really while calculating required 75% for JEE Main. Class 12 marks have no weightage in the preparation of JEE Main ranks. You should very well know that the ranks will be determined based on your score in the entrance exam.
