There is a difference in MIM (Masters in Management) and MBA (Masters in Business Application). Former is opted by those who have little professional experience, whereas latter is for those who wants to enhance there management skills after some professional experience. As per my view, MBA is a good option. As per the definition, experienced people have upper hand in this, but in reality, it's a level field. Companies do select freshers. For example, if you go for finance, then you will get the technical knowledge of finance as well as management skills.
