Are MBA AND PGDM given equal weightage? On what basis does the company prefer?

Technically there is no difference between an MBA and a PGDM. The only difference between the two is that MBA can be given only by State Universities and not by Autonomous Universities. However the curriculum in both is more or less the same. Companies realize this difference and hence do
