Are MBA jobs are directly linked to SAP course? Is there any chance to get good jobs without SAP knowledge?

As per my experience, you will not require SAP certification to do jobs in Business Development Sales, Recruitment kind of domains. A basic knowledge of excel is enough since your communication skills and overall personality play a vital role in such roles.
There is no such Good Job in the market. It depends on how your skill sets/area of interests match the job profile.
