    The Universal Group of Institutions (UGI) has a mixed picture. The average package is approximately Rs 4.5 Lacs per year, whereas the highest compensation accepted by graduates is Rs 17 Lacs per year. Placement rates, however, vary widely; according to studies, roughly 60% of students are placed through school recruitment. Among the companies on the recruiter's list are Tata, Google, and Axis Bank.
