Being an Alumni, I would like to answer this question, the Mobile phones are allowed inside the hostels as well as the campus. There is no restriction of using them in hostels but you cannot use them in classes. It is punishable. For more information, visit LPU camp office in your town.

Yes, there is no such restriction for mobile throughout the campus. Though, they are strictly banned in exams and also sometimes not tolerated in running classes. -
Yes mobile phones are allowed everywhere in the university, whether it's hostel or inside the campus (university-mall. University-hospital). Everywhere mobile phones are allowed, there are no restrictions of using a mobile phone, LPU is like a home for students but without parents.
