Are Modern's ABC books sufficient for the JEE & NEET?
It have contain a lot of solutions from last 5 years entrances,other books,board & competitive exams like JEE, NEET, AIIMS, AIPMT, KVPY, NCERT, etc. Containing many short to long answer type + a number of MCQs. As it is also based on CBSE pattern, it helps in my board exams.

All books are sufficient for the student who wants to study and no book is sufficient for those who don't have interest in studies.
So if you can understand the language of the books easily, you can opt for them. But if you aren't able to understand, then go for Arihant Publications or Pradeep Publications.
