MBA in HR includes better contents...from where r u going to do MBA ???

Yes they both are equivalent and scope for both the courses are also same.

MPM: Masters in Personal Management
MBA: Masters in Business Administration
Both are Masters Degrees and equivalent to each other.
MPM is related to HR Field during 1920 onwards, now a days MBA is going on HR is a elective part of it.
You can go ahead with MBA.
