Are my 2 chances over if I have attempted 2 times for JEE Mains but only once for JEE Advanced?
In 2016, I failed to pass JEE Mains exam. So, I take a drop of 1 year now. I got success but failed in JEE Advanced.

Yes, Sad but your 2 chances are over for JEE advanced, but don't worry you still have one chance left for JEE Mains.
Prepare for it and you must be in some NITs.
