Are my scores good for universities like British Columbia and Toronto? My IELTS score: L-8.5, R-8.5, W-6 and S-6.5.

Yes, you have decent scores in IELTS which are more than enough to get admission in these institutions but your academic scores will also matter.

Yes, your IELTS scores are good enough. What about your academics? Your academic profile would be more important though.
