As per the expert guidance, NCERT is not sufficient to clear the NEET exam because the information is not ample, topics are not explained so deeply. You can refer NCERT for the topics. Yes, go thoroughly with the NCERTs. But, at the same time do spare some time for MCQs, which will help you to secure more marks in your exams.
