Are non-local candidates eligible for TS PGLCET?

<p>Non-locals or candidates who do not belong to Telangana can apply for TS PGLCET. However, they need to make sure to meet exam eligibility criteria. Please check for your eligibility to appear for the TS PGLCET from the criteria mentioned below: TS PGLCET 2018 Eligibility: TSPGLCET 2018 eligibility criteria states that aspirants need to fulfill the below mentioned requirements in order to secure admission in LL. M. courses offered in law colleges in the state of Telangana. Candidates meet TS PGLCET eligibility criteria if they possess LLB/BL 3 years or 5 year degree as on the date when they are applying for TSLAWCET exam. Apart from this, aspirants are also eligible to apply for the law entrance exam if they have appeared for or are appearing for their LLB/BL Final year exam. The official website of TS PGLCET 2018 informs, Candidates seeking admission into LL. M. (Private Appearance) of Osmania University, Hyderabad shall have a minimum experience of 3-years as a judicial officer or 3-years standing as an advocate on the date of appearing for TSPGLCET-2018. Apart from the above, aspirants are informed that only appearing in TS PGLCET 2018 will not guarantee admission. The candidate should satisfy all the eligibility criteria and should satisfy rules governing admission as are applicable, states the official website. Another criteria that candidates need to fulfill in order to meet TS PGLCET eligibility criteria is that they should be an Indian National and should satisfy Local/Unreserved status requirement as mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974 and the amendments that have been made in it from time to time.
