Yes, there are many colleges in India offering numismatics. Check out Indian Institute of Research in Numismatic Studies for the course.

In India, Numismatics courses are offered at graduate, postgraduate, and at doctoral levels. To pursue a Bachelor course in Numismatics, the candidates are required to complete 12th in any stream from a recognised institution.
