    All over India, any person who successfully passed UG in a recognised university is eligible for Karnataka PGCET.

    Yes, other state-domiciled students can also apply for the Karnataka PGCET. There are no restrictions on those from other states pursuing a postgraduate degree in Karnataka through the PGCET. Other state students must meet the minimum eligibility requirements, which are graduation with a score of 50%. It is just that Karnataka students have several advantages, such as:
    1. Karnataka Category I students can apply with only 45% of their graduation.
    2. Around 90 percent of seats in colleges are available for Karnataka state applicants.
    3. SC, ST of other state are treated as General category unlike state categories.
