Are people with Ph.D in management only eligible for teaching jobs?

In addition to teaching people with PhD in Managenent are also employed by Consulting Firms, different UNO bodies, trade associations, Publication houses etc.

Definitely not, they can offer consultancy and entrepreneurial services as well as apply for suitable positions in public and private sector companies.
