Hi,
If you mean School Of Inspired Leadership-SOIL, then as per its official website, placements at SOIL is a rolling process with emphasis on lateral placements.
Some of the companies which have recruited from campus this year are:
- Tech Mahindra.
- Mercer Consulting.
- Dabur.
- Infosys.

Yes, placements exist after completion of MBA at SOIL but do not expect them to be guaranteed since it depends on the candidates talent.
