    Dear Aspirant, Yes, private engineering institutes are also good than NITs. There are many good private universities better than NITs such as VIT, SRM, LPU, Amity, etc. Being an alumnus of LPU I would be sharing a few details of engineering programmes at LPU. LPU offers engineering programmes in several disciplines such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA. Scholarships/Financial Assistance: You can get scholarships based on the LPU NEST JEE Main Toppers of Education Board. ,

    As per my knowledge, IITs are the most desired dream of engineering aspirants. If you are appearing for JEE Mains and want options apart from IITs, IIITs and NITs; there are some private colleges that offer the amazing engineering programmes and provide good placement opportunities to their students.
