Are repeaters not eligible to apply for KVPY 2018? Am I eligible? Which stream should I take?
Ive got 96 % in my 12th CBSE & am now a 12th pass out & repeating 1-year for writing entrance examinations 2019.

You can appear in the KVPY test till you are in 1st year of your under-graduation course. So, you should get yourself enrolled for undergraduate degree if you want take the test.
