    Sikkim Manipal University is a public private partnership university located in Gangtok. It was founded by Government of Sikkim and the Manipal Pai Foundation. Manipal University is a private university located in Manipal, Karnataka. Manipal University is also known by its earlier name as Manipal Academy of Higher Education and it is a deemed university awarded by University Grants Commission.

    Hello,
    Yes, both are different. Manipal University mostly operates through its own campus whereas SMU provides distance education programs.
    You may visit online on their sites and gather information about their campus and programs.

    Yes, they are both different and are located at different places. Their administration is also different. One is known as SMU widely.
