No, this is not a government job hence there is no such quota. Total seats and breakup are as follows.
Breakup is as follows through merit:
General - 101
Category - 99
Defence - 10
Disabled - 5
International - 10.
Admission is based on CAT and you need to have above 99 percentile in CAT if you are from general category and above 95 percentile if you are from SC, ST, and OBC. -
No, there is no sports quota for management courses in DU.
As far as I know, admission will be purely on merit basis. -

As far as I know, there's no such provision for any sports quota in FMS for its full-time MBA program.
