Are state government colleges better than top private colleges for doing CSE engineering? If yes, suggest some state entrances?

Some of the private universities such as BITS Pilani, BIT Mersa, VIT, SRM, Manipal University, etc. are far better than state government colleges for doing B.Tech CSE. These could be your choices along with IITs, NITs and IIITs.
