Yes, as this is the digital world and students need to be modified accordingly. So we provide them with free laptops and try to support them and help them to finish their assignments and projects properly. And yes, Dell laptops are provided to students which are very good.

Yes, They do provide laptops to their students which they can use from the regular online classes respective of the courses they opt for.
