Are students who score more than the former students eligible? Will such students get admission easily?

Well, don't compare your score with past former students scores. As the eligibility might change every year at the time of admission. Better check with previous year cut-off for admission into that institute and if you are quite higher than that, you can get admission, else ask students who are pursuing 1 year in that institute.
