Are Sydhnem MBA College and Sydhnem Commerce and Economics College the same colleges?

Same building but different Institutes. Sydenham College of Commerce And Economics does not include any Masters course for management while Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education includes management courses like MS, PGDBM, MMM, MFM, Ph.D.
