Are TANCET marks required for applying to MA public administration or degree marks are enough to apply for the same course?

I have secured 79% in my UG...is this enough eligibility to apply for my Master degree in public administration?

Candidates are selected in all the PG courses on the merit basis. Candidates applying for MCA have to give an Entrance Test (TANCET) and will be selected based on their score.
