    It all depends on the following factors:
    What is the tattoo? A traditional green mark from childhood? Or a Goth goddess baring her assets rampant on a battle horse? You get the drift? Where is the tattoo? On the inner wrist or palm or forearm like the traditional one mentioned in serial 1 above? Or splayed across the chest or back or arms or legs or elsewhere. You get the drift? The latest Indian Army tattoo policy prohibits any tattoos anywhere on the body.
