Are the certificates same of regular and correspondence MBA of any university or B-School?

Hi, usually a regular course from a good institute is considered to have more value in the job market than a distance MBA. Syllabus and course structure wise both the courses are almost same. The difference between these two is interaction with others. But if someone is working and having minimum of
