    Hi,
Germany is one the best study destination to pursue MS in engineering and related fields.Every year many students from different countries apply to pursue MS in Germany, in all the German universities the International Programs are taught in English.
So you please do not worry mode of education in German universities for international students is English.
Since Germany is non English speaking country, it is always advisable to students to pursue some basic level German language course, so that you do not face any problem in day to day activities.
I hope this answers your query.

    Hi,
In most of the German universities the medium of teaching is English. Though I would suggest you to go for German language course as a student in Germany is allowed for part time employment. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
Few of the universities that might interest you are:University of Göttingen:
GGNB Molecular Biology - International Max Planck Research School (MSc/PhD)
    University of Göttingen:
Developmental, Neural, and Behavioural Biology (MSc/PhD)
    University of Regensburg:
    Experimental and Clinical Neurosciences (ECN)
    University of Jena:
    Master Microbiology
    University of Bonn:
    Master of Neurosciences
    etc.
    ...more
