Are the courses completed from IGNOU considered valid by XLRI colleges in a XAT interview?

My question is that if you complete various courses from IGNOU and enter the XAT interview by clearing the exam and GD, are those courses added to the academic diversity? How do XAT interviewers see it? What is the advantage of IGNOU courses in XAT?

Dear Vivek, I understand your perspective. The courses you have done will certainly add to your academic diversity, but from your final term you need to score minimum 55% so that you are eligible to sit for the entrance exam followed by GD/PI. Thank you for the answer. But I haven't done any course from IGNOU. And my question was, is a distance course from IGNOU considered equal to the regular course of the same subject? If someone does a course from IGNOU and enters for interviews in the XLRI and IIMs, then would those marks be counted?
