Are the courses completed from IGNOU considered valid by XLRI colleges in a XAT interview?
My question is that if you complete various courses from IGNOU and enter the XAT interview by clearing the exam and GD, are those courses added to the academic diversity? How do XAT interviewers see it? What is the advantage of IGNOU courses in XAT?

Dear Vivek, I understand your perspective. The courses you have done will certainly add to your academic diversity, but from your final term you need to score minimum 55% so that you are eligible to sit for the entrance exam followed by GD/PI. As such, there is no advantage, besides being there for your knowledge, it will simply give you the foundation & boost your experience to push yourself in the next level. Every question of XAT carries 1 mark and a score of 38 to 42 usually covert into 99 percentile, so candidates should aim for the same number of correct attempts in the exam.
