Hi Kirti, If you want to study further in foreign Universities you need to have a degree which is UGC or AICTE recognized. As Karnataka State Open University is neither UGC nor AICTE recognized I am afraid you would not be able to apply to foreign countries with this degree. Foreign Students can de
