Are the Diploma in Banking-Finance by IIBF and PG Diploma in Banking Finance offered by other institutes have same value in job market?

Pursuing BBA 2nd year. After BBA I want to join the BFSI sector. Which are best part/full time courses after BBA for a good career in the BFSI sector except MBA Finance?
