Yes, exams are conducted on time. The average salary is around 4.2 LPA and mostly sales profile is given. For Finance and HR, do not expect much. But BK is far better than rest of the other colleges in Gujarat except IIM, Nirma and MICA, but you need CAT for that.

The exam is conducted twice a year by Gujarat University and in addition two internal exams. The average salary is 4.4 LPA. Companies like HFFC, Yes Bank, Ujjivan Finance, TCS, Teleseliya, etc., visit the college.
